Highly recommended in post-operative recovery, body shaping, and maintenance.
Choose Extra High Compression once you reach stage 3 (2-3 months post-op) or if you're comfortable handling the extra compression (usually when you're familiar with wearing similar garments). These fajas are designed with waist trainers and include rods and latex, which greatly increase the compression level. We highly suggest getting an extender with this compression, in case it feels too snug or if you struggle to close it up at first; That'll give you a couple of extra inches.
Choose High Compression when you are in stage 2 (Around 4 weeks post-op) and your incisions are completely healed and closed. These fajas have rods.

It has a front opening with a fabric flap on the crotch area to cover your vagina, it's standard size and this will allow you to urinate only. If you want your crotch area fully open, you will have to alter it on your own once you receive it.
